1. Introduction
UNVELL Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of users of "Esugoi" (the "App") and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Device Identifier
We collect a device-specific identifier (identifierForVendor) to manage your ticket balance and prevent misuse. This identifier does not personally identify you.
2.2 Conversion Data
- Input images (sketches) and output images (AI-generated illustrations): Images are never stored on our server. They are processed only in memory during conversion and discarded immediately upon completion.
- Conversion metadata: Technical information such as conversion time and parameters. No image data is included.
Image data is stored only on your device. Our server does not retain images on disk or in any database. None of this data contains personally identifiable information such as your name or email address.
2.3 Push Notifications
We use Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to notify you when gift tickets are available. This requires registering your device token. The device token is used solely for sending push notifications and does not personally identify you. You can disable push notifications at any time from your iOS settings.
2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
The App does not collect:
- Personal information such as name or email address
- Location data
- Camera or microphone data
- Contacts, calendar, or other device data
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
3.1 OpenAI API
Input images are sent to the OpenAI API for AI-powered conversion. Data sent via the API is processed in accordance with OpenAI's data usage policy. OpenAI does not use data submitted through its API to train its models.
3.2 Apple StoreKit
We use Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases. Purchase-related information is handled in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is designed for all ages and is suitable for children.
- We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
- The App does not require account registration. It uses only a device identifier, which does not personally identify the user.
- In-app purchases require parental approval through Apple ID settings as configured by the parent or guardian.

5. Content Filtering
The App implements keyword filtering to discourage the generation of inappropriate content. However, due to technical limitations, filtering cannot guarantee the prevention of all inappropriate content. If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it through our contact form.
6. Data Security
- All communications are protected by HTTPS encryption.
- Server access is appropriately restricted.
- Image data is never stored on our servers.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- Data deletion: You may request deletion of all data associated with your device ID (ticket balance and conversion metadata) via our contact form or email.
- Data access: You may request disclosure of data we hold about you.
Since image data is not stored on our servers, it is not subject to deletion requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated on this page.
